Stir fry is wonderful, healthy, and easy. Lots of cruciferous vegetables, lots of fiber, lots of vitamins, and lots of great taste.

It’s always good. The secret sauce is made of soy sauce, fresh grated ginger, toasted sesame oil, a little olive oil, and freshly crushed garlic.
