		<description>Hey guys it&#039;s Alice from those old BYU days!  Love your blog!  Thanks for sharing this concept.  My mom always gave us 1 or 2 ice cubes to cool down our food but it took too long to cool down and it got the food watery.  I will probably use this much more useful method on Eva and Wesley&#039;s oatmeal in the morning!</description>
