Thanks for the comment.  The reason I don&#039;t recommend emulsified is because it&#039;s accomplished using large amounts of &lt;strong&gt;lecithin&lt;/strong&gt;.  Although lecithin is natural and good for you in the right amounts, large amounts can act as a mood depressant.  That&#039;s why I don&#039;t recommend emulsified cod liver oil.

Although I haven&#039;t tried Blue Ice brand, it appears to be very good.  The high-vitamin variety sounds like a good concept.</description>
