Fig Balls, How They Love ‘em!

One of our favorite, most healthy, and delicious-est snacks is what we call “Fig balls” or “Fig Knutens”.  We’ve been making them for years, and have never gotten tired of them.  All you need is a food processor, dried mission figs, walnuts or almonds, oats, honey or agave, and a little sea salt.

They freeze well, and go great in the car as a convenient avoid-fast-food snack, or as a dessert.  They’re high in fiber, raw (mostly), and all natural.  You can’t beat it!
